Today was a 12 hour day at work that was so busy, I thought I would never leave. Yesterday was not a good day either as my work load seems to increase as the days go on.
The good news is that I am down 1.8 from Wednesday, so I am happy with that. I am currently at 157.2 and feel glad that I have at least one thing positive happening to me. I wasnt able to exercise yesterday because I got home so late, and taking care of my ear is definitely some maintenance. I sure as heck dont have much time to lay down with my ear on a heating pad or put the drops in and sit there for 10 min while they go down my ear. But I do what I can. Sometimes balancing work, health, eating right, and exercise is just too much. Somehow it seems things work out, and Im glad that my lack of exercise still resulted in a loss.
Still cant hear!

Wow,down 1.8 from 2 days ago? that's a huge loss! You must be feeling pretty great about being on the downward track again, congrats!
Finding the balance is definitely the difficult thing in our busy modern lives. But you are doing great. Congrats on the loss! Hope your ear gets better soon.
sorry to hear you had a bit of a crazy day, but hang in there. The ear will be on the mend, but look after yourself.
Best wishes, x
seems like your ear should be better by now.....maybe a different antibiotic?
I don't know how you can handle those long work days! No wonder you are stressed!
Trying to work long hours and let your body heal at the same time is very challenging. I hope you get some time off to relax soon!
I'm sorry you are not having such great days. Long work days and not being completely healed will do that to ya. Glad you had a loss though and I hope you ear situation gets fixed soon! :)
Congrats on the loss and sorry about your ear! :(
Those long days are tough! I always feel especially victorious when I get through them without overeating.
