No worries - I am here. I am so appreciative of all of the support and suggestions. Right now I just need to get myself together. I weighed in 1.4 up today for absolutely no reason, although I have been sick to my stomach and bloated all day so Im sure that has something to do with it. I just need to find the right place where I need to be at right now mentally with this whole thing. I will check back in soon!
P.S. - check out my interview! : http://www.amerrylife.com/2009/01/19/weight-loss-interview-heather/

It was an awesome interview :) 'cause you are awesome.
Glad you're still fighting the good fight! Then again, I really didn't have any doubt that you would be.
Can't wait to read your interview!
very cool interview!
Hi, just read the interview. I really resonate with a lot of it. When I lost weight in 2001, it was also because of completely dropping sugar, and anything with sugar in. Just need to do that again (uuurgggh) as I am back at my heaviest weight again, for 3rd time. Also resonated with your comment about 10-12 hour shifts. It is during a period of those shifts (and some 14 hrs) that I have put on the most weight, and some of it due to the stress and cortisol relationship, as I never traditionally used to put weight on around the middle, which that is a sure sign of. Put on a pair of size 16 jeans recently and they fitted on the legs and bum but wouldn't zip up. That so never used to be me. Me of old, if jeans didn't fit, I wouldn't even be able to get my thighs into them. So definitely, I have put on more weight around the tummy due to stress. Plus it is when I am stressed that I reach for the wrong foods. During the 10 days off at Xmas, I could go for hrs without eating something naughty but not so easy when back at work.
Thanks for a great interview and the link to navigate to it.
I'm glad you're here! I'm so excited to read your interview after reading all of these comments.
