I dont really have a creative title in mind for this entry, but its just more of the same. I am at 157.6 which is down almost 3 pounds from a week ago, and only .2 up from where I weighed in at on Friday. Im glad Im staying down in the 157s since for the longest time I was in the 158s, but Id like to keep moving down the scale.
Work is a lot less crazy and I have been able to get some exercise in which I would expect to have really helped, but it really hasnt yet. Just a few months of little exercise definitely has made me out of shape. But I know that I will be getting the Wii Fit for xmas which I am super excited about, so that will whip me back into shape.
Im traveling to Denver on Wednesday to visit a client site which should be fun since I have never been there. Hopefully the weather cooperates with me, and I can find some healthy things to eat while stuck in the airport.
