Fiiiinally....saw some movement on the scale in the right direction after over a week of sitting at 159. I just weighed in at 158.4 so I dropped .6. I will admit that I had hoped it would be more, but I definitely feel much better that I can finally have a loss again.
Unfortunately I have a feeling this will be short lived since I am going out to dinner tomorrow night. It is my boyfriend's birthday, and our 8 year anniversary together, so we are heading out to celebrate. I plan on eating on track, however the place we are going to has the BEST steak. I never eat steak except for when we go to this restaurant and I enjoy every bite. The bad side is that steak sits with me for days and "backs" things up if you know what I mean! So I already know Fridays weighin will be a bust.
I just hope I can figure out what is going on with my body. Again, Im glad Im down, but I have no idea why things are so slow moving for me lately. I wish I knew, but my body is still a mystery to me even after all this!
