A most ridiculous post title, but fitting for the subject.
I weighed in today one pound less than Monday so I am very happy! Especially since TOM started and just about any loss during that time is fantastic for me. I am at 159.8 which is under 160 again. A much better place for me to be and I know that getting in exercise is what is really helping me down the scale again.
I got a lot of questions about the pears. Pears were suggested to me by Cammy. I was having a hard time getting to goal a few months back and needed something to give me a little boost. She gave me a list of foods that are helpful in losing those last few pounds (some others I use too are almonds and dark chocolate). Pears were on that list. So I started eating pears a few times a week, and surprisingly the weight was coming off! Sure I know its not just the pears, but they definitely help. I think it has a lot to do with the fiber in them which never hurts! Plus they realy fill you up. So I recommend them to anyone who is having a hard time losing those last few pounds, and hey, they are fruit so it never hurts to just eat them anyways!
