Shocking

I try hard not to swear on this blog..but holy shit! I am down 1.8 to 158.4! A new low!! I know I shouldnt be too surprised since I ate on track all week, exercised, and most of the swelling is gone. But still...definitely was not what I was expecting.

This is just what I need right now. I worked no less than 11 hour days all this week and I have been in the most foul mood. Add TOM to that and I am a pretty nasty person to be around. Sad that something like this can cheer me up so much, but it does.

I am so close to having lost 50 pounds too. It would have been really cool to have lost 50 pounds on my 50th week, but oh well. Im just glad that things are still moving great for me on the scale.

Congrats on the weight loss! That's a nice number to be at. You are doing such a great job staying with your eating plan and getting in the exercise, even with those long work days. Have a great weekend.
