and drumroll please......I lost 2 pounds!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I dont normally update my ticker until Wed, but I had to today to see how close I am to 15 pounds. And I finally broke out of the 194's which I was hovering at for a few weeks now.
I am so thrilled that I lost 2 pounds. Hopefully this broke through my plateau.
Today was hard though. I was hungry a lot of the day. And to make matters worse, there was this huge, chocolately, frosting covered, sheet cake for the President's birthday. It smelled delicious. I fantasized about sticking my face in there and completely gorging my brains out.
But of course I did not. And I am glad, otherwise I may have not lost those 2 pounds. I sit right by the kitchen as well so I had to look at it all afternoon. God it was amazing.
Ok enough dreaming of the cake! I am glad I could resist. Normally there is nothing wrong with a taste, but since I am doing Take Off, the point is to detox your body of sweets and sugars, so I didnt want to ruin the results.
Boy I am happy!!
