My weight today is definitely scary - 159.2. I havent been anywhere near 159 in weeks and yet here I am. I am sure that it mostly has to do with my ankle which is still extremely swollen, TOM, and my lack of some good aerobic activity. I am so bloated today from TOM is not even funny.
I have worked out some, mostly pilates where I dont have to stand on my ankle, so its better than nothing. My eating was on track this weekend, but I definitely wasnt as active as I normally am. I mostly laid around a lot trying to get this ankle on its way to healing.
So Im hanging in here. Work this week will be insane, I already worked an 11 hour day today so I dont have anything good to look forward to this week, but hopefully by the end of it my weight will be back down.

I'm so sorry about your ankle and the circumstances.
My weight always pops up a little bit when I can't get my cardio in, but it drops quickly when I'm back in my normal routine. Yours will do the same, I'm sure.
I'm glad to see you rested! I agree with Cammy - your weight will drop as soon as you are able to move about again.
I hope your ankle gets better soon! It's awful to be sidelined like that...
It's so hard when we get sick or injured! Hope your ankle heals quickly and the bloating is gone soon.
