Thank god its Friday! This week was long and horrible. I am glad that it is over.
I am down to 157.4 which is good since its .6 from Wednesday, but Im still up .2 from last week. At this point, Im ok with that. I did work hard this week, but I missed out on a day of exercise.
This weekend will be really hard. Tomorrow is Valentines Day and I am going to the winery with my boyfriend, just as we do with all other special occaisons. I know I wil eat and drink too much (and be eating steak!), so I expect to see a gain on Monday. It kind of sucks to already know that, but it is what it is. Its not that I plan on going overboard, but I know what I typically see after we do this type of dinner, and it isnt always pretty. Ill just do my best with the exercise, drink lots of water, and hope for the best!

I hope I will do such an awesome job maintaining when I am at goal! I will give myself a 5 lb range to fall in. Planning for it now so I can start getting my head into it ;)
