Healthy You Challenge Week 43

A quick one.......but gotta keep myself accountable with the HYC!

Down .2 from where I was last week, so thats something isnt it? Seems silly to get too excited over it, but when you have lost the weight that I have, you dont see those pounds anymore, its always the "point - somethings", so I will take anything I can get as long as it is a loss.

Exercise was.......better. I got in 3 days this past week which considering the last two weeks have been only 2 days, Im glad I got 1 more day in this week. Im doing what I can with my schedule, and maybe I can push myself for 1 more day next week.

Mentally, this is not a good week. This is the third straight week I have worked insane hours, and I have about 3 more weeks of this. Its wearing on me and Im depressed and moody. Im just trying not to dwell on the things I cant change right now, or the negative. One positive I thought of today is that yes, I am dealing with what Im doing with, but at least Im not overweight anymore, I am healthy! Its nice know I have one aspect of my life under control for the most part.

Congratulations on your second fantastic weigh in in a row!! I can totally relate to small losses and they definitely add up over the long haul. I can also relate to the pressure-cooker feelings that build when you're overworked. I am so impressed that you are losing while dealing with all of that. Very impressive! I am so jealous!

What a great aspect of your life to have under control - your weight! And, you are maintaining (and even losing) during a very stressful time in your life - and isn't that wonderful? Each week of success is strengthening you so that you will live your life at this healthy weight and not wake up in mid-life with regrets.

You are an inspiration, Heather!

Yay on the loss! Like you said, every little bit counts. Well done, especially in stressful times. Try to think of it as *only* 3 more weeks.

Great attitude! I think of these stressful times as tests. If we can get through these times in any sort of healthy way, then we know we can keep it up for life!

That's great, Heather, that you are losing despite all the stress at work! Also, it's amazing how we can draw strength from what we have accomplished, weight-loss-wise, to cope with other areas in our lives that need our strength and determination! Way to go!
