I feel like it was just this time last week! Boy does time fly.
I am down .8 since last week which isnt bad. Its some movement and Im happy that Im getting there. Slowly, but surely I guess you could say.
In terms of exercise, I made it to 4 days this week so Im keep pretty steady with that. Im starting to get slightly bored with my Biggest Loser dvd. I love it, but do it at least 2 days a week, so I will have to find something similar. How is the first BL workout dvd? I have the 2nd and am curious if the first is just the same, or if its different. Any ideas?
Im hoping to get to my goal by my birthday which is June 11th. You might say, ok thats 2 pounds in like slightly less than a month. But given my lack of movement, I think its a fair goal and Im really hoping I can make it. As I mentioned before, once TOM is over, I am going to see if I have a bigger loss, and if not, its time to go for all the wonderful suggestions that others have mentioned. Thats the plan anyways!
