Ugh...I am not happy with this weighin. For some reason I am up .4 from Monday..168.2! This is not the direction I want to be headed in, nor do I have any explanation for this. TOM is over, I havent eaten anything that I shouldnt have, and other than Monday night, I havent eaten out in a while. It could be my dinner out on Monday, but I doubt that some chicken and broccoli would really cause me to be up.
I am just frustrated that I am going the wrong way. I really wanted to be at 166 this week, and now I will be lucky to be back down to 167 by Friday. Kind of ironic that I seem to have gained more AFTER TOM than before/during as I usually do.
Thankfully for this challenge, I can still say that I am down 0.2, which is better than having to report a gain. Its just not where I want to be, and I know that people say it gets harder and harder the closer you get to goal, but to see a gain all week...I am just not pleased at all.
