Well anyone who read my post yesterday knows that I am up .2 from where I was last week and sitting pretty still at 165.8.
However this challenge is not just about weight, for me, its also about exercise. And I exercised 4 times this week which is great, so I have nothing to be ashamed of there. At least I can write something positive for this week's update.
Hopefully by this time next week, I will be down to at least 164.
