Healthy You Challenge Week 16

Well anyone who read my post yesterday knows that I am up .2 from where I was last week and sitting pretty still at 165.8.

However this challenge is not just about weight, for me, its also about exercise. And I exercised 4 times this week which is great, so I have nothing to be ashamed of there. At least I can write something positive for this week's update.

Hopefully by this time next week, I will be down to at least 164.

How great do those contestants on the Biggest Loser look!?!

I'm so proud of you for the exercise. I know it wasn't easy for you to get to this place. You ROCK!

(I'm watching TBL, too. This group seems so much more realistic with results than the finalists. I'm so happy for them.)

Yay exercise!

As to TBL, uh, it's depressing me to no end. I have been busting my arse for so long and my scale has flat out stopped. It's like, "WHY CAN'T THAT BE MEEEEEEE!"

Wah.

But in all seriousness--they look amazing. And it's beyond inspiring. I am astonished at Kelly's transformation, just wow wow wow!

Good for you for focusing on the positives and not letting the scale drive you crazy. :) I'm working on that myself. And working out 4 times is a great achievement! Good for you! You deserve to be proud.

You've already come a long way, and you look lovely in that picture. :) Good luck! 164, here you come!

I love your whole outlook on the little gain. You really are seeing the whole picture. Sometimes I forget too.

I haven't been here to leave a comment in so long (read you in Google Reader)and I just saw your new 'do! Great picture - you look fabulous! I'm very proud of you for getting your exercise in - I know that has been a struggle - good job! And I can't believe you're only 5 pounds from goal. Does it feel like you're waiting for Christmas to come when you're 7 and every day takes a year? :) Thank you for your continued support and kind comments, even though I've been lax lately!
