Weighed in at 162.8! So glad to see a loss after the weekend.
On saturday I went to a housewarming party with my boyfriend. His cousin is engaged and bought a new townhouse with his fiance. They decided to get pizza and that was really the only option available. I had 3 small pieces and a giant salad. I think I did pretty well and I guess the scale is going to agree. I felt really full after all that and was kind of worried I would see a gain, but nope!
When I walked in the door to the party, my boyfriend's cousin's grandma (not related to my boyfriend), didnt even recognize me! She probably hasnt seen me since last summer and at first she thought that my boyfriend got a new girlfriend. I thought that was kind of funny. Flattering too that after all this weight, I wasnt even recognizeable to someone who hasnt seen me in a while. Definitely a great NSV!
Ive been cooking up a storm here and will post some recipes soon.

That's awesome that she didn't recognize you, that shows a lot of change on your end that the scale can't even tell you about.

Cooking is the best way to control what we eat. Looking forward to some new recipes.
