It was almost 60 degrees here today and it was so nice! The sun was out and I could open my moon roof and let some of the warmer air in. There were families out, and one in particular was so cute. It was a mom, dad, and 2 little kids, and I thought it was so sweet how they were all out enjoying the warm air and doing something healthy for themselves. Hopefully those kids will continue those walks into their adult lives.
Well I lost another .2 so I am really close to being at 168. I will admit I was hoping for that, but its better than going up. I just plan on focusing on exercise again this weekend as well as healthy eating. Hopefully I will be there on Monday. I know I shouldnt expect so much at this stage in the game but theres nothing wrong with a little hope is there?
