Looking Great in 2008 Week 27

Well unfortunately I am up a pound from where I was on Monday so I am no longer at 40 pounds lost. That didnt last very long! Either monday was a fluke or its because TOM is around the bend. I did feel bloated and gassy last night, but I really thought my weigh in on Monday was for real. Still, 168.6 is not bad, and I am still down .8 from this time last week for the Tales from the Scales Challenge.

I guess we will see where I am at on Friday. Hopefully back down to that 40 pounds lost..but Im not taking down my signs anyways..I earned them, and will be back there, I know it. Some people want to go out to lunch tomorrow to a breakfast place which is good because its easier to find healthy choices at a breakfast place, but bad because I dont want any extra sodium or fat before my weigh in on Friday. Oh well, hopefully it will still work out ok. If I can get home tomorrow at a decent time, my plan is to work out. So that should help.

Just a little scale bounce, big deal. You'll be back at the 40 pound mark before you know it!

Good job on the exercise last week. I know how difficult it is to stay motivated to exercise at times.

Oh! And how cool about shopping at the non-plus available store. Now THAT is a total NSV, isn't it? You are doing so well.

Oh heck no, don't take those signs down!

That's just a blip ... the scale goes up and down, that pound will go away.

Congrats on the 40 pounds lost! That is AWESOME! At one point this week I was up 6, so don't fret it. ;-)
