Well I am happy to report I am down a pound from Wed, so it looks like my TOM bloat is subsiding. However, I am disapointed that I am ending this week up .4 from last Friday (when I was 167). I guess this weekend I will just have to really focus on exercise and eating well. That should not be a problem for most of the weekend.
Sunday may be tricky because I am attending a benefit with my boyfriend. One of his friends that he plays hockey with was hit by a drunk driver and paralyzed. So some friends are putting together a benefit to help raise money to help him financially, etc. There will probably be a lot of food there (catered Im assuming), and while Im sure there will be some veggies, probably not many other healthy choices. I am not sure how long we will be there, but hopefully I can avoid eating much there at all.
I am craving gyros like crazy today. I am so tempted to order some, and while I technically could eat it and still be on plan for today, those salty things sit with me for days and I dont want that. So I will stick with some leftovers from the cheesy tuna rotini (check out the recipe section for this recipe), that I made the other night.

I love gyros! Great...now you have me wanting them! :)
Oh my goodness, I love gyros. I had something else in mind to comment on, but when I got to that it all flew away. Mmmm. Lol.
Wow, look at that picture! You look WONDERFUL!
Good for you for holding off on the craving. It might go away ... but if it doesn't and you decide to go for it, there's no way you can consider it mindless eating. Way to go!
To get through one of the chocolate holidays only 0.4 pounds up earns you a pat on the back from me!
I really think you're doing a great job, I can see such a difference in your face between this photo and your last photo!
now it's me googling gyros.
lol
You look fabulous! Really gorgeous!
One of the best things you can do with regards to the benefit is to eat a healthy salad before you go. Then you won't be so hungry, and you'll have all the good stuff inside you already. It really works.
Your face is absolutely dazzling with inner beautfy and a sweet determination to focus on your progress, which is steady and true.
Glad to have you along!

hi dear,
yeah. i figured out what gyros is (are?), and i like greek food.
one good thing of being in canada (i studied english there for a couple of months) was a chance to try food from everywhere (so i got bigger, of course, but anyways, it was great).
about your comment for me: i am the one who want to thank you always to share with us your results and for being such an inspiration.
oh, i forgot: i lost 4 pounds already. :)
