Time to check in for the Healthy You Challenge!
well while I am still up from last Friday (read the previous post if you have not), however for this challenge, I am down .8 from where I was last week. That is at least a nice thought.
I have also met my exercise goal that I set last week of 2X and I actually exceeded it, by going for 3X. I did a day of cardio, a day of strength, and a day of yoga. Loved every minute of all three and plan to keep it up while I can. Just not on days like today...worked a 12 hr day again and it was not pretty.
I just want to thank everyone who left kind words yesterday in regards to my frustration. Its so nice to know that there are people out there who believe in me and who can offer some helpful words to help me get through times like this. Thanks!
Im going to try for at least 2 days of exercise next week as well. I also have the jewelry party on Friday and a family party with my boyfriend on Saturday. Both events will be challenging as there will be lots of food, but I plan on doing my best to make the best choices that are available. I will let you know how it goes!
