Well I lost .8 this past week, for a total of 13.2 pounds lost in 9 weeks. Not too bad, not so great either. However, considering my night at Hooters that I wrote about previously, I guess its not so bad! I wish I had been able to stay healthy with my eating all through last weekend, so I plan on focusing on that this weekend. I have some fun things planned that will not involve food, so I will focus on those events and enjoy them.
This week I have been thinking a lot about trying to speed up my weight loss so that it comes off faster. Technically for 9 weeks in the program, I should be at 18 pounds lost. I want to be patient, but it is hard when I want so badly to just be at my goal weight. I know that I will get there. It may just be slower than other people, and it may be less than what is expected doing the LA Weight Loss program, but I guess it is just me.
Nothing else to report, hopefully next week I see a greater loss!

RYC: I used 1 cup on a whole huge baking dish of it (like an 11x17 dish or something), so it wasn't really smothered in the cheese.... most of what you see in the picture is the soup mixture. Taking the cheese out would make it healthier though, for sure!
Oh, we ALL want to speed up our loss! You are doing a great job though. Do you drink lots of water? That's one really easy way to make water weight disappear!
Sounds like you are being too hard on yourself. Slower weight loss is more permanent and healthy. Keep making healthy choices.

I know slow weight loss is very frustrating but you are doing a great job! We all want to speed up our weight loss but the faster you lose it the faster you regain it...slow and steady does win the race for long term weight loss.
