Reason NOT to Celebrate

Well if last Friday was cause for celebrate, today is cause to go jump off a bridge. Not really, definitely am exaggerating, but its just ironic that I could go from one extreme to the other.

My weight is up 1.6, so I have no idea if last Friday was a fluke or if this is a fluke. Lets hope it is this.

And, I am currently still working. So the 12 hour days are not a thing of the past as I would have hoped, but of the immediate future. The programmer is rerunning some reports which are due today, so I have to sit here and wait for them to be finished, checked, and then keeping my fingers crossed they are correct. oh yes, I have a fun night ahead of me (Rolls eyes).

For what it's worth, when I sit for long periods of time, I definitely gain water weight. That is probably what your weight gain was about! I'm sure of it :)

Hope you get done soon.

Oh Heather. Darn it.

I don't know how you do it, I really don't. I take my hat off to you.

I'm sorry to hear of the gain. It sucks. But I think it might not be here to stay. x

Have you tried plotting your weight on some kind of chart so you can see the overall trend. It seems like overall lately, your trend would be a line straight across, basically... a little up, a little down, but overall right around the same. Something has to give if the trend is gonna consistently go down. I don't have the answers obviously, or I'd be rich, but it seems to me right now what you're really doing is maintaining, overall, since everyone has these weekly fluctuations of a pound or two... Maybe what worked in the past to get you to where you are now was great, but maybe it's just not working anymore & it's time for a different plan of attack? Good luck and try not to let work stress you out too much!

Thanks for the encouragement. Take your own advice and keep looking forward. You are an inspiration.

I hope you can put an end to those 12 hour days soon.

Wow! Congratulations on your weight loss to-date!

I wanted to see if I may send you (for free) a product that recently became available to the public. It’s called Mary Lou’s Weigh (named after Mary Lou Retton, Olympic Gold Medalist).

If you like it, great! If not, that’s okay too. Either way, I’d love your feedback on it. I will say, if you’re part of the minority of women who likes to know
Exactly how much you weigh every day, this product isn’t for you.

Mary Lou’s Weigh is a new way for people to track their weight in a non-judgmental way. While Mary Lou’s Weigh resembles a bathroom scale, it’s entirely different -- it never tells you how much you actually weigh. The platform logs your weight and only tells you how much weight you’ve lost or gained. It keeps you aware of what’s working so you can respond before you gain.

The Mary Lou’s Weigh Platform motivates and guides you through an achievable 10-pound weight loss with audible feedback, including music, applause, fun electronic tones, helpful health tips, positive reinforcement and daily messages of encouragement. After the 10-pound goal is achieved, the Platform resets automatically so you can either maintain your weight, or go for another 10 pounds. You can read more about it at www.marylousweigh.com.

If you’d like to try it out, I’d love to send you one (again, for free). We’re trying to get the word out about the product. More importantly, we’re hoping to get feedback from real people like you!

Thanks and congratulations again!
Dawn
