Greetings from PA

Hello from PA! Im here visiting my parents for Thanksgiving and so far, I am enjoying it. I worked for the office in my parents house today, and it was so less stressful than last week. I am doing the same thing tomorrow and Wednesday, and I hope that I can not have any more days like I did last week. It was brutal, and I hope my late nights are few and far.

Unfortunately I am up .4, which considering I have been eating my moms homemade cooking for the last few days, isnt too bad at all. Ive had a few indulgences here and there, but I think I am doing really well actually. I havent gotten much exercise in, and my schedule has been kind of all over the place in terms of when Im eating meals, so its to be expected.

Last year after Thanksgiving, I actually had lost weight. I am hoping for that again, but I will settle for a maintain. I really believe that you can enjoy Thanksgiving in moderation, and that you can make substitutions for things that you dont care so much for. Last year I remember being so nervous, thinking I would gain, and then I was down! Even after going to the Cheesecake Factory for my brothers birthday, which we do every year. Imagine - thanksgiving dinner, leftovers, and the Cheesecake Factory, and still lost weight. So it is possible and have faith that you can do it too.

Happy Thanksgiving - I am thankful for all of you!

Enjoy your time off. I'll have to google Thanksgiving. I've never really known what it's all about.

Happy Thanksgiving. xx
