Better

The weight is much better...down to 158.4 now that TOM is over. I weighed in on Friday at 158.8 so not much from there- but down a lot since last Monday. TOM is always such a pain!

Otherwise I am hanging in here ...this is the week my reports are due for my huge project, and I know its going to be a crazy week. I crashed this weekend and that is why I was pretty absent from blogland, but already worked a 12 hour day today and Im sure rest of the week will be the same. So far all the data looks good, so knock on wood that everything else this week goes smoothly. Exercise is not happening at the moment - stupid work!

Way to go on the weight loss!! TOM is a HUGE PAIN!! Ugh. Boys have it so easy ;P

Sorry work is such a pain. I totally feel your pain. I started working on a report at 8a this am and I just finished. BLAH! This too shall pass :)

Pace yourself with work - hopefully you'll have a break soon! You'll have to plan for some major indulge yourself time once your work schedule lets up - maybe a pamper Heather day or something?

YAY! That TOM is an evil beast.

I hate to say that I hope work slows down because right now job security is everything so I'll just say that I hope work calms down :-)

Yay!! Mini celebration just for you! :) I can totally relate to the massive destruction work can do to any workout routine. I'm supposed to be working four ten hour days to give myself an extra day off, but then the four days that I work I'm as useless as an amoeba. Last week I came in on Friday for four hours (and I had worked out for just about four hours during the week...) It definitely sounds like you have job security -- it sounds like you're crucial in fact, so congrats on that front! I'm feeling motivated, so we'll see if I can make it to my elliptical tonight no matter how dark and cold out it is when I leave the office... Good luck for your new week!

Glad things are moving in the right direction for you. Stress-y times are tough and they can be even tougher when *that* time is upon us. Good for you for managing your way through it!

I'm glad the scale was good to you - and I hope the craziness slows down so you can get some exercise in. I HATE it when I miss my work out due to work. Good luck!

Work can sure put a wrench in our schedules but you just do what you have to do and things will work out. The better work goes, the less stress you'll be feeling.
