Well I have just had a great past week! I am down 2.2 from last week and have only 5 pounds left to lose!
In terms of exercise, I made it to 3 times this week. Not the usual 4 I have been hitting the last few weeks, but not so bad either. As I get closer and closer to goal, I am becoming more aware of how I really need to push the exercise. I still have quite a few "trouble" spots on my body that despite the weight loss, do not look anywhere near where I would like them to be. Mainly my hips and thighs. Ive been doing a lot of exercises that focus on those areas so I know its only a matter of time, but Im impatient. My tummy actually looks pretty good..no longer a pooch there, it is quite smooth. I would like to be able to wear a bathing suit this summer and feel great in it, not have to worry about jiggly legs!
Thats about all I have for the checkin. It was a very rainy day that resulted in a 2 hour drive home, and Im hungry! I know a lot my entries are pretty shallow on the surface lately, but honestly Ive been so busy I really havent given a thought to much lately and one of these days I will sit down and write something great!
P.S. for those who asked..the gyros were AMAZING! I enjoyed every bite. Rather than cram it into my mouth, I savored every bite. What is kind of funny is that I enjoyed the greek salad more than the actual dish! Amazing how my tastes have changed and I actually crave a salad.
