Well sadly I am up 2 pounds, but Im pretty sure that it is TOM and a result of yesterday. I had a wonderful easter, and ate on plan, but I know the fact that I was eating heavier starches is playing into my weighin.
I saved both of my starches for the meal, and had some salad, ham, and one serv of mashed potatoes. Then for dessert I had angel food cake with fresh strawberries. So I think I did really well, but I know that my choices of starches are lot heavier than usual, like the mashed potatoes. I also forgot to put a meal replacement shake in the fridge last night so I didnt have that for breakfast as usual and Im sure the lack of soy that I usually get from those didnt move things out as fast as usual if you get my drift.
So we will see where I am at on Wed. Not happy that I am up, but I know its not "real" and that I will be back down. I enjoyed myself and was glad I could enjoy the meal. I wore some new clothes and felt really good about myself. Got a few compliments on how I looked and my hair, so it was a nice day.
