Time to check in! Well I am sitting at the same weight I was a week ago. Not sure how I feel about that. I know its better than a gain, and given some of the things I ate the past weekend and TOM, I am lucky to see a maintain vs a gain. However, I am getting frustrated that the scale has definitely slowed down big time.
Some good things this past week though:
I had to dress up at work last week (we normally can wear jeans), and I discovered on the morning of the day I had to dress up, that all my black pants were huge! So huge, that they wouldnt stay on me. They actually would fall right off to the floor. There was one pair that could stay and I wore those, but it looked like I was wearing clown pants. These pants happened to be the pants I wore at xmas. So since that time, I have obviously done quite well! I went out that night to buy myself some pants that fit. But it was an encourating moment.
Did not get any exercise in this week. I was doing so well! Just didnt happen for me though and there is no good excuse. This week I vow to do better..maybe 2 times?!?
I guess that was my week in a nutshell!
