I didnt think it was possible to get any sicker than I was yesterday but I was sooo very wrong. So this will be a quick one.
Comparing my weigh in yesterday with my weigh in last monday, I am down 1.2 which is pretty fabulous. I gained at least a pound after new years but after 2 days of clean eating, I dropped back down again. I guess the lesson of the week was that if you stick to your plan, the weight will come off.
In terms of my exercise goal, I still have not exercised for the week. I would love to use my feeling like crap as an excuse, and partly it is, but I just havent felt like doing anything. Im hoping I will get that in this week so that I can stick to my goal of exercising once a week.
In terms of my mini goal to meet 30 pounds lost by the 19th, I am just 2 pounds away with 11 days to go to lose those 2 pounds.
I hope you are all doing well and will try to make the rounds but I desperately need some nyquil and my bed so Im not sure how long I will be able to sit here on the computer.
