So I just weighed in at 180.2!!! That means since Wed, I have lost 2.4 pounds! I am so glad to be so close to where I was a few weeks ago, and close to 179 again.
And there is no secret to how this weight came off...I just followed my plan exactly the last 3 days. It just goes to show that healthy eating, drinking water, and journaling really do work.
Now obviously I want to be, and STAY, in the 170s, but since I did reach that goal for a brief day or two, I have another mini goal that I want to set to inspire me. My boyfriend's christmas party is on the 19th of this month. That's 15 days away. I want to hit 30 pounds lost by or on that date. Which isnt a horrible goal..thats only about 3 pounds from where I am. But I think it will keep me motivated.
I wrote a while back about how the girls he works with make me feel, and I really want to go into this kicking ass and knowing that I look great and am healthy. So I definitely think 3 pounds in 2 weeks is doable if I stick to my healthy eating.
